I didnt find the directions. There is a button for setting the power but i cant tell you what it does, or how it works. I see the display flashes numbers after powerup.They do power up and heat (tested in big bowl of water).I measured the power being pulled. It is in the range of 60 to 70 watts, doesnt seem to be adjusted very well.
